{"id":21842,"date":"2026-03-06T21:19:10","date_gmt":"2026-03-07T00:19:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/annp.gov.py\/?p=21842"},"modified":"2026-03-09T08:24:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T11:24:28","slug":"alianza-estrategica-entre-la-municipalidad-de-concepcion-y-la-annp-proyecta-imponente-obra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/annp.gov.py\/?p=21842","title":{"rendered":"ALIANZA ESTRAT\u00c9GICA ENTRE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE CONCEPCI\u00d3N Y LA ANNP PROYECTA IMPONENTE OBRA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Municipalidad de Concepci\u00f3n y la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Navegaci\u00f3n y Puertos (ANNP) impulsan un importante proyecto de desarrollo para la ciudad mediante el llamado a Licitaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Internacional para la revitalizaci\u00f3n y \u201cPuesta en Valor\u201d del hist\u00f3rico Puerto Viejo de Concepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa contempla la construcci\u00f3n de un moderno shopping de 4 niveles, que buscar\u00e1 dinamizar la econom\u00eda local, generar nuevas oportunidades de empleo y potenciar el desarrollo urbano y tur\u00edstico de la capital del primer departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este ambicioso proyecto cuenta con la aprobaci\u00f3n del Intendente de Concepci\u00f3n, Bernardo Villalba, y de la Junta Municipal, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n con el respaldo del Directorio de la ANNP, encabezado por su Presidente, Ing.
