Julio C\u00e9sar Vera C\u00e1ceres, quien asisti\u00f3 acompa\u00f1ado por el Lic. Rodolfo G\u00f3mez, Gerente de Navegaci\u00f3n, el Ing. Benjam\u00edn Mart\u00ednez, Jefe de Dragado y el Mgtr.
