Julio C\u00e9sar Vera C\u00e1ceres, particip\u00f3 como panelista invitado en el Foro Fluvial Sudamericano donde se ha abordado sobre los \u201cRETOS Y OPORTUNIDADES DE LAS POL\u00cdTICAS P\u00daBLICAS A NIVEL GUBERNAMENTAL\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El evento fue organizado por el Instituto de Desarrollo Regional (IRD) y el Banco de Desarrollo de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe (CAF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el Titular de la ANNP abord\u00f3 sobre las obras e inversiones en infraestructura que viene realizando la ANNP en todas sus Terminales Portuarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ing. Vera C\u00e1ceres destac\u00f3 la importancia de la misi\u00f3n primigenia de la ANNP para garantizar \u00e9l desarrollo econ\u00f3mico regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acompa\u00f1aron al Presidente de la ANNP la Dra.
